I was young when I felt pulled to become a therapist. Various life experiences led me to discover my knack for working with children, and understanding the complexities of human nature, all while I was barely a tween myself. Much of my adolescence was focused on preparing to study the brain, human behavior, and family systems in college/grad school. I also spent time encouraging those around me to destigmatize mental health and embrace authenticity. Simultaneously, I began working with children in various capacities and settings. Passion, heart, and soul drive my work as a therapist!

As a driven first gen undergrad student, I began volunteering in the mental health field with children and adolescents in a PHP/IOP. I was offered a paid position within that same year, and continued my work there until I completed grad school. During grad school practicum placements, I worked with clients throughout the lifespan, primarily focusing on children and adolescents. Over the last several years, I have enjoyed working with emerging adults as well.

My professional experiences in the mental health field include working in a child and adolescent PHP/IOP, public schools, outpatient settings (including community mental health), and a college counseling center. I have experience providing individual, family, and group therapy. I have also led workshops, spoken on panels, and engaged in community outreach about mental health.

I am especially dedicated to working with children, adolescents, and emerging adults. Learn more about my approach here.
